My name is Chet Spence, personal coach and founder of Walking In Love Coaching. I am here to help you build a strong foundation for your life. Sometimes things don't always happen the way you planned, and now the rug has been pulled out from underneath your feet and your whole world is now upside down. You may find yourself struggling with your marriage and wondering how you got there. You may be struggling with a dead-end job that's just barely paying the bills. Or you may be thinking, is this all there is? Regardless of your circumstances, I can help you find clarity, your purpose and meaning for your life and relationships through wellness coaching. You have goals. You try to accomplish them over and over again and sometimes come close. You try or study harder for that promotion or position, or you work out more to lose that weight.
The amount of activity or learning you do may have nothing do with what keeps you from achieving your goals, but rather with how you think.
I work with you to find what's preventing you from being your best and breaking through to achieve more than you thought possible.
An obstacle is something that is in the way of you achieving your goals, or keeps you from taking action. If you've ever told yourself "I'm not," or "I can't," or "this is as good as it gets," that's an obstacle. Any negative thought, act, behavior, feeling, or friend can be an obstacle. Obstacles can exist when we don't even know it. We identify what's holding you back and work together to get rid of it.
You have so much more to offer than what you are doing right now. It's difficult to see that when you feel like you're facing a brick wall. Sometimes you just need to take a step back and assess the best way around it. I help you see the whole wall so now you can determine your best way to move forward and reach your full potential!
